NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009915 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Dexter B. Derecho and Kharyn Ann Derecho, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 14, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 2, OF PINEBROOK ESTATES, PHASE 2, UNIT 1, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
