NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-017830 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage Successor by Merger with Union Planters Bank, NA., Plaintiff and Mark D. Howard and Jody E. Giles a/k/a Jody Giles are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 18, OF HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
