NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-1833-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Winding Wood Condominium VII Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and James E. Brittingham and Unknown Tenant are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 5, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, provisions of Declaration of Condominium of Winding Wood Condominium VII as amended in O.R. Book 4559, Page 1198-1639, inclusive and amended in O.R. Book 4563, Page 1638, O.R. Book 4593, Page 1532 and O.R. Book 5551, Page 870 and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 25-27 Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Condominium Unit 173-B and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with provisions of Winding Wood Condominium VII.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
