NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-7418-CICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET- BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and Helen Schilling, Five Towns of St. Petersburg, No. 302, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00A.M. on the 1st day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 402, Dartmouth Building, Five Towns of St. Petersburg No .202, Inc., a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4058, Page 1419, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 94 through 96, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
