NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522010CA015165XXCICI / 10015165CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and LAWRENCE T. ZSIDO; MILL POND HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC.; YVONNE L. ZSIDO A/K/A YVONNE WEBB ZSIDO FKA YVONNE L. WEBB; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 20th day of March, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, MILL POND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 16 AND 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
