NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated January 30, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 09012326CI, DIVISION: 21, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and BORISLAV ANDRIC; NADA ANDRIC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE WINDJAMMER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF COCOA BEACH, INC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 19th day of March, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1013, WINDJAMMER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7935, AT PAGE 465; AND AS AMENDED AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 111, AT PAGES 1 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1400 GANDY BLVD, N. #1013, SAINT PETERSBURG, FL 33702.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of records as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
