NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-6028-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-1, is Plaintiff and Maybell Washington, Ruben Tyler and Shana Carter, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block 3, Disston Heights, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 11, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 4739 12th Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33711
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
