GAUB; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA L. GAUB; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ENCLAVE AT SABAL POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
