NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 26, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 092038CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL JOHN PALDINO; LINDA M. PALDINO; COVE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00AM, on the 25th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 703, BEQUIA AT COVE TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2623, PAGE 1939, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
