NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 26, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 11-2011-CA-001994 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-39CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-39CB, is the Plaintiff and DAVID SALISBURY; KYM SALISBURY; SUNTRUST BANK; TENANT #1 N/K/A MARY HAYES are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00AM, on the 25th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
