NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 0909124CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA3 is the Plaintiff and MARCO F. ESLAVA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCO F. ESLAVA and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 27th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
