NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 27, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 2009CA004446 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOWELL G. JOHNSON SR A/K/A LOWELL G. JOHNSON IF ANY N/K/A VIRGINIA LOWELL; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00AM, on the 27 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 72, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO 65, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
