ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-21, is the Plaintiff and EMILIANA CRUZ; JUAN C. CRUZ A/K/A JUAN CARLOS CRUZ; MACARIO IRIAS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MACARIO IRIAS N/K/A VANESSA CARDENAS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, at 11:00AM, on the 27 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OFTHE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 112, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 83, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
