NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0900898CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-AR17, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR17 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and JENNIFER ISPHORDING AKA JENNIFER ISHPORDING; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ENTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOICATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby of the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 43, OF BERKSHIRE LAKES UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
