NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2013 (the “Judgment”) entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2009-CA-002395 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the Property as defined in the Judgment and as set forth below at a public sale on March 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. to the “highest bidder,” for cash in the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112-5324, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
The following property located in Collier County, Florida, is the subject of this Notice of Sale:
Condominium Unit 6-305 , ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 3731, Page 2534, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements, and fixtures (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
