UNIT NO. 1005, WILSHIRE PINES II, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO-RATA INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE COMMON AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IF ANY, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2753, PAGE 1303, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED.
and commonly known as: 6275 WILSHIRE PINES CIR #1005, NAPLES, FL 34109; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on March 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
