NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Emergency Motion to Cancel and/or Postpone Foreclosure Sale dated February 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-003156 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 27 day of March, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, ISLAND WALK TOWNCENTER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 73 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose
