LORENZO; SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 103, IN BUILDING 9, OF SAND LAKE PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7827, AT PAGE 2548, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
