SILVIA; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CENTRAL PARK LV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/01/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 2901, CENTRAL PARK ON LEE VISTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8316, PAGE 2619, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
