CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 3906 IN BUILDING A OF CYPRESS POINTE AT LAKE ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8825, PAGE 505, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
