NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-005243 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-WFHE2 is the Plaintiff and ALEXIS ABRAHAM; MARIA A. ABRAHAM; CENTRAL PARK LV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO.2303, OF CENTRAL PARK ON LEE VISTA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 08316, AT PAGE 2619, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
