NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 4, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2011-CA-013717-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA DBA AMERICAS SERVICING COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and FRANCOIS BENITEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A./EMC; WINTER PARK WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
