CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO 667, BUILDING 10 OF WINTER PARK VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8249, PAGE 2708 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 667 MONTIGO BAY CT, WINTER PARK, FL 32792; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 21, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
