and commonly known as: 9727 HOLLYHILL DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32824; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on March 28, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
