and commonly known as: 815 CLARCONA OCOEE RD, OCOEE, FL 34761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 16, 2013 at 11 AM.
