and commonly known as: 1725 OXALIS AVE, ORLANDO, FL 32807; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on April 22, 2013 at 11 AM.
