NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-011879 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LUIS M MALDONADO LAFUENTE; THE WEATHERLY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUMS AT LAKE JESSAMINE, INCORPORATED; MAYRA I MEDINA GERENA; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ROBERT; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 919-B, OF THE WEATHERLY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM AT LAKE JESSAMINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 148 THROUGH 155, INCLUSIVE; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4847, PAGE 608, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENT(S) IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5090, PAGE 540 THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
