NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-08545, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and SANDRA H. OSUNA, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., SEARS, ROEBUCK AND CO., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, 2080 OCEAN DRIVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, FRANCES V. HUNT, MILDRED JOHNS, R. BILLUPS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE OSUNA FAMILY TRUST, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE OSUNA FAMILY TRUST IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 28th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK D, ROBINSWOOD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE(S) 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
