NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-038433-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and MOHAMED CHERRABI EL ALAOUI; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JAMES BERKLEY IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, HUNTERS CREEK TRACT 220, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 148 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
