NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009391-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CSFB MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP. ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-11 ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and JAMES MICHAEL BARRY-SMITH A/K/A JAMES M. BARRY-SMITH, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., LIVE OAK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., BRIDGETTE BARRY-SMITH A/K/A BRIDGETTE M. BARRYSMITH AKA BRIDGETTE MARIE BARRY-SMITH and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, LIVE OAK ESTATES PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 62 AND 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
