NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of February, 2013. and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-002288-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HIS ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION 2005-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-NC1 is the Plaintiff and JAMES W. HARDEN, NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES W HARDEN N/K/A KAREN HARDEN, TERESA ROBERTS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 12th day of April, 2013, at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 4, BLOCK A, LAKE OLIVE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK M, PAGE(S) 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDSO OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
