NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-037610 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A15, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-O UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and GARRETT SMITH; MELISSA SMITH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALOMA ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, OF ALOMA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
