NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated February 07, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-028515-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and CLEBERTO COPETTI A/K/A CLEBERTO L. COPETTI, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 402-W, PROMENADE, Phase 2, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 7978, Page 4520, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of Promenade, a Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 8363, Page 1986, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
