RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-000282-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006-KS3, is Plaintiff, and CARLENE PHILLIP A/K/A CARLENE F. PHILLIP A/K/A CARLENE R. PHILLIP, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 01 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 45, LAKE STEER POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 107 AND 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
