NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 27, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-017072-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP is the Plaintiff and JOHN FERGUS, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of March, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 9, Hiawassee Hills, Unit 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 121, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
