Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I of the Complaint entered in this cause on February 26, 2013, the Clerk will sell the real Property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows:
Begin on the North line of State Road No. 50, at a point 80 feet West from the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 22 South, Range 31 East, Orange County, Florida, for the Point of Beginning; run thence North 210 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence South 210 feet to the North line of State Road No. 50; thence Northeasterly along the said North line of State Road No. 50 to the Point of Beginning.
