NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 26, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 48-2007-CA-017781-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE HEAT 2006-111, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, JEANETTE WILLIAMS, DECEASED; ANTHONY LEWIS WASHINGTON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JEANETTE WILLIAMS A/K/A JEANETTE ARLINE WILLIAMS, DECEASED; DENNIS LAMAR WASHINGTON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JEANETTE WILLIAMS A/K/A JEANETTE ARLINE WILLIAMS, DECEASED; PATRICIA WASHINGTON; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; ORANGE COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANTHONY WASHINGTON; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/02/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
