NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated Feb. 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2011-CA-002670 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and NANCY-ANN KIMBALL AKA NANCY A. KIMBALL AKA NANCY ANN LATTIN-GEORGE AKA NANCY-ANN K. LATTIN-GEORGE; OAKWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A AARON LATTIN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 29 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
