NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21 day of Feb., 2013, and and entered in Case No. 12001398CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and CHARLOTTE MUSCENTE, ALPHA COOPER, LLC., MARIA MANOR ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 22 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4-H MARIA MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 333, PAGE 331 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL AMENDMENTS RECORDED THEREAFTER AS SET FORTH IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGES 11A THROUGH 11C, AND ALL AMENDMENTS RECORDED THEREAFTER, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
