NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011757, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Manatee County's Public Auction website, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11 A.M. on the 26th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16 AND 17, BLOCK A, GLAZIER-GALLUP-LIST SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANANTEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
GRANTOR HEREIN WARRANTS THAT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS NOT HIS HOMESTEAD NOR IS IT CONTIGUOUS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
