NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001011, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and BILLY J. COUCH, LAKESIDE PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., CHARISSE N. COUCH and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 26th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 136 OF LAKESIDE PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE(S) 1-20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
