NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-011647 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Mortgage Services Inc, Plaintiff and Jeffrey Stiles a/k/a Jeffery Stiles and Karslee Love-Stiles, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2, KINGSFIELD LAKES, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE(S) 70 THROUGH 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
