KIPP WALL; COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A RON JANZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 22nd day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
