NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011CA8554 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, AND BRETT T. BIGELOW, CYNTHIA M. BIGELOW, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 22nd day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, HARBOUR OAKS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 188, 189 AND 190, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
