YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit 502, Whispering Sands Condominium Village, Section Seven, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1021, Pages 757 thru 771, inclusive, amended in O.R. Book 1033, Pages 1279, O.R. Book 1335, Page 56, O.R. Book 1522, Page 1242, O.R. Book 1635, Page 618, O.R. Book 1575, Page 81 and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 10, 10A and 10B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto and made a part thereof; a/k/a 19 Whispering Sands, Unit 502, Sarasota, FL 34242
