NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 015343 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-1 is the Plaintiff and BRADLEY K. STEWART; BRETT A. STEWART; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A BRIAN STEWART and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK B, HIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
