Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, using the following method: By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 1st day of April, 2013, those certain parcels of real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows:

Commence at the SE corner of Section 8, Township 37 South, Range 18 East; thence North 0Ëš06'56” East along the center line of Swift Road and the Easterly line of said Section 8, 410 feet; thence North 89Ëš 36' 57” West, 40 feet to the Westerly side of Swift Road as widened, for the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89Ëš 36' 57” West, 185 feet; thence North 0Ëš 06' 56” East 50 feet; thence South 89Ëš 36' 57” East, 185 feet to the Westerly side of Swift Road; thence South 0Ëš 06' 56” West, 50 feet along the Westerly side of Swift Road to the Point of Beginning. LESS Road Right-of-Way for Swift Road as described in Official Records Book 2378, Page 1086, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, lying and being in Section 8, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
