A PORTION OF LOT 730, ENGLEWOOD GARDENS, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGIN AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 730 FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 526 FEET, WEST 153 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE OF LEMON BAY, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE BAY 106 FEET, MORE OR LESS; THENCE NORTH 24 DEGREES 15'31”, EAST 489 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO NORTH LINE OF LOT 730, THENCE EAST 23.7 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 729, ENGLEWOOD GARDENS, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & Gache LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
