NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000588 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CELIA A. SNODGRASS; WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL BANK; CITY OF NORTH PORT; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A THOMAS RIX IV, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 20th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1916, FORTY FIRST ADDITON TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 42 THROUGH 42F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
