NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:

A tract of land lying in Section 5, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, in Sarasota County, Florida described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, Township 37 South, Range 18 East, and run thence East, a distance of 531 feet along the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, run thence North, a distance of 160.50 feet, for a Point of Beginning; Run thence East and parallel with the South line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 5, a distance of 500 feet to the property sold by E.T. Drymon and wife to C.L. Page and Ravana Page, his wife, run thence North a distance of 120.50 feet, run thence West a distance of 100 feet, run thence South a distance of 120.50 feet, run thence East a distance of 100 feet to close the description.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM (EST), or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 21ST day of March, 2013.
